Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, refunds will only be approved under specific conditions.
Refunds Apply When:
- The service was not delivered at all due to our negligence
- Deliverables do not match the approved project scope (subject to review)
Refunds Do Not Apply When:
- Client changes mind after project has begun
- Delays caused by client not providing content or approvals on time
- Event cancellations caused by client’s side or external forces
- Work has been partially or fully completed
Once a refund is approved, we will process it via the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Return Policy
Most of our deliverables are virtual services. However, when physical items are provided (e.g., printed banners, marketing materials), the following applies:
Accepted Returns:
- Manufacturing defects or printing errors
- Wrong design or item delivered (if proven)
Return Conditions:
- Return request submitted within 3 days of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Photos or videos required as proof for claim review
If the return claim is valid, we will proceed with:
- Replacement of item or
- Partial refund, depending on situation
