CANCELLATION POLICY

At Star Maxxim Trading, we value our clients’ trust and strive to maintain flexibility while ensuring fair and transparent business practices.

Service Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel a confirmed service or project within 48 hours of booking, provided that work has not yet commenced.
  • Once planning, production, or design work has begun, a cancellation fee may apply to cover time and resources already allocated.
  • Event bookings cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled date may be subject to partial or full charges depending on project progress and third-party commitments.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds for cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed within 7–14 business days upon approval.
  • Deposits paid for confirmed services are non-refundable once project execution has started.
