Welcome to STAR MAXXIM TRADING. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, clients, and users who access or use our website and services. By engaging our event, marketing, or design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Company Information
STAR MAXXIM TRADING provides professional Event Management, Digital Marketing, and Creative Design services to corporate and individual clients in Malaysia.
2. Service Engagement
A service engagement begins only when:
- A quotation is accepted
- Payment terms are agreed upon
- A project confirmation or Service Agreement is issued
(whichever comes first)
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
- Pricing may vary depending on event scale, design revisions, or campaign scope
- Advance deposit is required before project commencement
- Full payment must be made based on agreed milestones or timelines
We reserve the right to suspend any service if payment is overdue.
4. Intellectual Property
All creative materials remain the intellectual property of STAR MAXXIM TRADING until full payment is received. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited.
5. Cancellation Policy
If the client cancels a confirmed project:
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Charges may apply based on work already completed
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party delays (venue, vendors, couriers, platforms)
- Damages arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by clients
- Results beyond agreed deliverables (e.g., marketing sales outcome)
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed under Malaysian law. Any dispute shall be resolved within local legal jurisdiction.
